As part of his scintillating scheme to advance Egbe - Idimu Local Council Development Area  to new heights in leadership and socio-economic development, *Elder, Comr. Femi IKUGBAYIGBE* has promised to provide free drugs, eye glasses and quarterly free Health check up for the residents of the council if elected as the Executive Chairman in the forthcoming Lagos State Local Government election, noting that he will sustain and improve on the achievements of the incumbent Executive Chairman of the Council,*Kunle Sanyaolu Olowoopejo* on health delivery and environmental sanitation.

Unfolding his third manifesto, the experienced administrator and politician said he will: (i)make provision for quarterly free Health check and free eye glasses as well as

drugs for the council residents, (ii)provide special health care for the aged (Elderly people) with thorough treatment to reduce the burden on their children, (iii) elevate the remaining Health Centres to the standard of the one at the Council Secretariat and also maintain the existing modern ones provided by the outgoing Executive Chairman.

On Environment, Ikugbayigbe said he will establish  environmental task force in collaboration with the Council environmental officers to ensure a cleaner environment as this will also create employment for the teaming youth.

He promised to carry out regular desilting of drainages and also open employment opportunities for streets/roads sweepers for cleaner Egbe-Idimu LCDA. 

Ikugbayigbe said he will ensure regular  carting of dirts across the Council area in order to make it comfortable and friendly.
