Egbe prominent social club shut down Lagos

 


The unique alias, Abe - Igi Anu  Club of Egbe, is not one of the Lagos Clubs, Lagosians are planning to relinquish anytime soon.


The social club didn’t fail short of standard by swearing in newly elected   officers on a high note on July 30th, at the club rendezvous center, No. 20 Liasu Road Egbe , Lagos.


 living up to its renowned status , the event was attended by timbers and calibers, cream de la cream of  the community.



The newly executive officers, who were accompanied by families and friends, were sworn in by Barrister Segun Anigioro.



Highlights of the event included the massive donation to the club project  by members and invited quests.


Highlighting his achievement from 2019, the outgoing president, Comrade Bolaji Jacob Olatunde said he facilitated opening of Bank Account  at Eco Bank with the Club Name.

According to Come. Olatunde, "Through the assistance of *our Patron Hon Kunle Olowopejo* the Executive Chairman of Egbe Idimu,we were able to have Borehole for public use in our base.

"Surgical Operation to Non Members, sponsored by the Club, eye surgery through Rotary Club to Non Member, financial stability, establishment of the club house, Constitutional amendment & review, registration of the club with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), welfarism of our members and non members, encourage and Facilitate the application of new members into the Club."


In his inaugural speech,  the newly elected President Mr. Oluwasegun Adesina appreciated the privilege granted him to serve the social club and promised to work with members to lift the club to greater height and solicited for the maximum cooperation of all members to attain an enviable achievement.
