   The executive Chairman of Igando - Ikotun LCDA, Hon. Lasis Ayinde Akinsanya has asked parents to warn their children against taking part in the  nationwide protest, urged youth to shelve their plans and eschew any form of proposed rage, anarchy, and spoliation. According to the Chairman, during a stakeholders meeting with Oba's , religion leaders, Security operatives ,  CDAs, youth and NURTW members,  the protest bore the semblance of the EndSARS saga and the Kenya scenario.   * Two days to the planned nationwide protest, Royal Fathers Sue's for dialogue as positive way forward to make their  feelings to the government of the state.* Oba's in Igando - Ikotun Local Council Development Area (LCDA), on Monday  ratcheted up their appeal for residents to shun nationwide protest scheduled to commence  august 1st to 15th,  in response to the economic hardship experienced in the country. The Oba's made the appeal at a stakeholders meeting organised by Igando - Ikotun LCDA, on the impending nationwide protest to address the issue of breakdown of  law and order in the Local Council Development Area. Breaking: Ifeanyi Ubah dies in London

  The Senator representing Anambra South in the National Assembly, Ifeanyi Ubah, is dead. Ubah, who was the Chief Executive Officer of Capital Oil, was said to have died in a hotel in London, the United Kingdom, on Saturday. He would have been 53 on September 3. Senate spokesperson, Yemi Adaramodu, confirmed Ubah’s death to our correspondent on Saturday. Ubah, who was re-elected into the 10th Senate under the Young Peoples Party, had last year defected to the All Progressive Congress.
